Sub-Languages
This window lists all sub-languages (if any) for the primary languages. When you add a new sub-language, you must choose the primary language first. This means that the primary language must exist in the Primary Language list.

Adding a New Sub-Language
Note: Any changes you make to the parameters available here are global – that is, everyone who logs onto the server can see and use them!
- Go to the Admin > Languages and Messages > Sublanguages menu command.
- Click the New Sub Languages button in the upper-right corner of the window.
- The New Sub Language overlay opens - .
- In the drop-down, select the Primary Language to which you wish to add the sub-language.
- In the open fields, enter the language names and Identity code.
- Select the character set the language uses, and check the box if the language is read right-to-left.
- Click Saveor Save and Close to save the changes.
The Sub Languages window opens.

Note: Once you have saved the changes you will need to go to the Deploy Language info and Messages menu command to deploy the changes onto the server (go to Deploy Language Info and Messages for more information).
